Riverside Course

Updated in 2025 into a completely different course from 2024. Described as “fast and flowy”, with 8 corners, all of which can be pedaled through. Small groups will get the fastest lines, particularly in the final two corners, where a ton of speed can be carried for those using the whole road.

With the only two "uphill" blocks as well as six of the eight turns in the first half of the lap, it can be a challenge to move up anywhere but the start/finish straight, but this is also typically protected by a headwind, particularly as the day goes on. Look for attacks to launch at primes and as gaps open into this headwind, and the roar from the crowd gives you a few extra ego watts ;)

With Riverside being the opening stage in 2026, you can bet that fresh legs mean everyone has their eyes on the podium, so be ready, and oh yeah, numbers go on the left.

Parking for Riverside

Street parking is generally available around the course. However, parking within two blocks of the course is reserved for the local residents. Please help us partner with the neighborhood to ensure that residents that are impacted by the race course have plenty of parking and access throughout the day.

For the Riverside course, additional parking is available at Garfield Elementary just south of the course, as well as at Garfield Park nearby.

Teams are encouraged to set up their tents along Maple Street. Please keep the sidewalks clear when setting up your tents, chairs, and bike racks.

Food Trucks

We plan on having food trucks available for this course, with specific trucks TBD.
