Volunteer!
Race Day Volunteers
Volunteers - thank you so much for making this event viable! This is definitely a labor of love, and the stress is exponential as race day approaches. Nothing calms us more however than seeing the volunteer numbers go up. So a genuine thank you from the racing community, the City and Residents of Everett and from the entire Revolution Racing family!
When you get to the race course…
For your volunteer instructions, please check-in at the Race Hub at the Start/Finish line at least few minutes before your shift.
Friday- theRace Hub will be at Maple & Leonard.
Saturday- the Race Hub can be found at California and Hewitt
Sunday- the Race Hub can be found at 17th & Grand.
Allow time to walk a bit as parking is obviously limited nearby and we save the closest parking for the businesses and displaced residents on the course.
Wear comfortable shoes. Sunscreen and sun hats are definitely a good idea as the weather will be perfect. (Like it always is in Everett 😉)
It’s always good to have a water bottle, and maybe a chair. (The real pro volunteers bring an umbrella for shade - you won't regret it if you do!)
If you’re helping with tear down it’s not a bad idea to have a headlamp and work gloves as well. It’ll go fast, I promise.
There will be food trucks on site, plus some drinks, snacks, and provisions for the helpers in the Race Hub tents.
Lastly, if you find any of your friends, family, neighbors, etc. who aren’t actively doing something when you head our way, please kidnap them and bring them with you!
Thank you for being part of the team this year!!

We can’t do this without you! Sign up to volunteer and be part of the action - just a few hours of your time helps make this event possible as there are literally like 10 of us on Revolution Racing. Please don’t ask my family to volunteer for three days straight (again).
You can volunteer for as much or as little time as you have. Even just covering a corner for a single race can have a huge impact on our chances of retaining sanity through Sunday.
If you’re intimidated to marshal a corner, there are any number of opportunities to jump in and participate, from helping to support the course marshals with a cold drink and a snack during races, helping out in the Registration tent or acting as Medical Staff. Courses set up and tear down is another easy way to lend a hand, and I promise it won’t be the reason you didn’t win the overall. It takes a dedicated crew to bring this race to life, and we’d love to have you on board!
